Chapter 5 - True Meaning of Christmas

Uncle Bao, Can you tell me why do we celebrate Christmas? 

Let me tell you the true story behind it...2000+ years ago...



That night in the fields near Bethlehem some shepherds were watching their sheep.
Suddenly an angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them,
the shepherds were frightened...

 The angel said, "Don't be afraid! I have good news for you, 

which will make everyone happy. 

 This very day in King David's hometown a Savior was born for you.  He is Christ the Lord.  

You will know who He is, because you will find Him wrapped in pieces of cloth and lying on a bed of hay."

 After the angel left, the shepherds went to Bethlehem to see the baby king.  They hurried off and found Mary and Joseph, and saw a baby really lying on a bed of hay!

And Christmas was the birth date of the baby king, Jesus!

But wait...where is Santa??

...he is fictional and not even born that time, dear...

Chapter 4 - BBQ

"Hi Uncle Bao! Thank you for inviting us. We just love BBQ!!"

"Good! I have prepared lots of food for you all!"

"Hey hurry to unpack! Give me the fork!"

(Uncle Bao is busy starting the grill...)

"What you guys doing with those two-pronged long forks?!"

"This is how we do BBQ in Hong Kong! Everyone "cooks" their own food!"

"Nooo...We are doing an American style BBQ.. Usually one person cooks..."

" Oh ok! Let's eat!!!"

Chapter 3 - Job Interview

"Hi, Mr. Manager. I am here for a job interview"

 "Mr. Bao, do you have any previous experience working in a fast food industry?"

 "ehhh.....I don't"

"Hmm..Sorry, Mr. Bao. We think you might not be a good fit for us."

 "Wait! I can be a "Cha Siu Bao" Hamburger!"  Please hire me!!"

Chapter 2 - Welcome to San Francisco

"Hi! Are you Mr. Cha Siu Bao?"

" Yes, I am. But who are you?"

"Uncle Bao!!!?"

"Uncle Bao, who are these guys? I've never seen them before in Hong Kong..."

"They are To-Go Box and Fortune Cookie.  They are part of the Chinese food family in the western side.
 I was astonished as you were when I first saw them but you will get used to seeing them"



"Ok then. Let's get your stuffs and go!"

Chapter 1 - Farewell

                        "Awwww~ I am gonna fall.."

"Come on...Reach higher! You can get the letter, Ha Gow!"

"Hey guys, we are leaving here to America..."

"Oh no! We gonna miss you four..."

"(Sniff Sniff) Bye Bye~ Miss you allll"

"Siu Mai, we need to go..."

"Bye, Hong Kong!"

"Here we come, San Francisco!"
